✅ First: Minimum Order

• A minimum purchase of (50) pieces is required.
• The agent or representative will not be approved until after the first bulk order.

✅ Second: Price Commitment

• It is mandatory to adhere to the agreed-upon selling price set by Kofof and not to sell for less, to ensure market stability and profit for everyone.
• Promotions are only allowed after consulting with the management.

✅ Third: Payment Method

• Payment is upfront upon order (bank transfer / InstaPay / Vodafone Cash / international transfer).
• The order will not be processed before payment confirmation.

✅ Fourth: Delivery Method

• Delivery within Egypt is immediate, within 1–5 days.
• Shipping is available to Sudan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman within 3–10 days, depending on the country.

✅ Fifth: Terms of Dealing

• Each agent/representative will receive marketing support (images – content – ready-made designs).
• Your name will be listed as an official point of sale on Kofof's Instagram account.
✅ Cooperation will be terminated if there is any misuse of the brand or violation of the terms.
